We took a trip to Boston back in June, and I still haven't posted any pics, so here they are! We had a wonderful time at the New England Aquarium, ate some amazing chowder and steamers, watched street performers, walked all around Boston, and visited my good friend Christine. It was a wonderful, exhausting trip.
Isabel loved the seals out in front of the aquarium, that might have been her favorite part, besides the giant sea turtles. Those were definitely my favorite, they're huge!
This husband and wife team was doing yo-yo and hula hoop tricks and Isabel was enthralled. They put on a great show and it was the perfect way to relax after a great lunch. I had some of the best clam chowder that I'd ever had that day!

Saturday night after a very busy day. We had gone to the Aquarium that morning, had lunch and watched the street performers, then drove north out of Boston to visit and stay with my friend Christine and her husband Mark. Christine's dog Peanut, one of her two chihuahuas, loved cuddling up with Isabel's new
Nemo from the aquarium gift shop. Isabel had a blast playing with the dogs and Christine said she'd never seen them so tired out.

Isabel looks like such a happy, grown up girl in the picture by the street performers. Glad you guys had a good trip, what a great escape from the normal weekend!
